Customer Services Director - £70 - £100K
Our partner agency, a major name in the marketing sector, is seeking a top level Customer Services Director to lead their Application and Service Delivery team. Responsible for operational delivery to clients, you will manage a team of forty as well as setting long term business strategy across all relevant areas. This is a client-facing role so you will need a strong service management background along with demonstrable experience of leading a service programme and of delivering multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be able to build excellent relationships and have good people-management skills. You will be a key member of the company’s senior management team.
